As many of you will already know, the excellent folks at Laugh Out London (a club I've seen grow to huge success from its very beginnings having recently been named the 3rd best comedy club in London after the Soho Theatre and the Comedy Store) run a monthly themed night of nonsense at Camden Comedy Club, where a rotating cast of idiots and silly comedians present riffs on a particular pop culture staple, from Steven Spielberg to Disney to 90s TV. It's my pleasure to perform at it pretty much every month alongside a bunch of other great comics and weirdos, and last month's was a Harry Potter sequel penned by Adam Larter which became the most in-demand show we've put on yet and our biggest sellout. So, Laugh Out London have fast-tracked it into a bigger venue for another go round at the Old Queen's Head in Angel on June 1st. Alongside Adam as Harry Potter, it will feature a cast of other legends including Eleanor Morton as Ginny Weasley, Matt Tedford as Ron Weasley, Marny Godden as Hermione Granger, Cassie Atkinson as Professor McGonagall, Jon Brittain as Hagrid, Gareth Morinan as Dumbledore, Sooz Kempner as Bellatrix Lestrange, Jack De'Ath as a Dragon and yours truly as every Potter fan's favourite dickhead, Draco Malfoy. Do book tickets as soon as possible if you want to come, as it'll be another total sellout.
