Well this is very nice and exciting! While the country recovers from Election Season, the arts and comedy worlds are all gearing up for the 70th Edinburgh Fringe in a couple of months, and as such the big papers are starting to produce their run-downs of the shows to keep an eye out for up there. I've been featured as just such a show in Brian Logan of the Guardian's new column of comedy highlights this year. I think the fact that I'm performing my show inside a giant web seems to have caught his attention, which is both gratifying that such a ridiculous idea has captured people's imaginations, and also probably means I now can't half-arse that idea but must ensure I maximise its potential. The premise has been proving really fun in previews, though, so I think I'm on to a really fun Fringe show this year. I'm in some really esteemed company on this list, including the likes of Sara Pascoe, John Kearns, Sam Simmons and many more, so am very pleased, proud and humbled to have been mentioned. You can read their feature here, and you can book tickets to my show here.
