A big thank you to the last festival I've been involved with this year prior to the Edinburgh Fringe in August - on Saturday I performed a really fun preview to a lovely audience at the Leave 'Em Laughing Comedy Festival at the beautiful Stanley Halls in Norwood, all organised as a massive labour of love by Caroline Hardie. Big thank you to Caroline for having me for the festival and for letting me do my bit in plugging the festival by going onto BBC Radio London and the like. The festival made the Top 5 Things to Do in both TimeOut and the Guardian Guide for the weekend, which is an amazing achievement for a brand new festival in its first year, and I hope it comes back next year to continue growing. Over 50 shows across two days played to lovely crowds, and I saw amazing previews by Lucy Pearman, Marny Godden, Lee Kern and Ali Brice. Many thanks again to all involved and here's to a return next year.
