VAULT Festival starts this week. I think it's going to be very exciting and good and I'm delighted to be a part of it. As I've said plenty of times already, I decided to use the festival as an opportunity to make a comedy show that explored more theatrical or dramatic ideas or forms, but there are actually loads of writers and performers best-known for working in comedy who are doing something similar at the Vaults this year. Here's Part 1 of a 2-part feature from the lovely people at British Comedy Guide about the work they're making for the festival, and how it straddles genre divides. This Part 1 features me, Franc Bushe and Gavin J Innes and there's a Part 2 coming with a bunch more really exciting people. Thanks to Si Hawkins at BCG for interviewing us!
