This was a sketch double act that Ed Aczel and I formed for the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019. The premise of the show was that we would sift through the various ideas for sketches we had unsuccessfully pitched to TV producers, or considered including in some of the films we made together but had ended up cutting. It was a glorious, unpredictable mess of a show, and sometimes brought the house down and sometimes became an utter shambles. I’m particularly proud of a Scotsman review that said it was like a cross between Laurel & Hardy and Samuel Beckett, which is very much what we were going for.
