A “stand-up” special for BBC Radio 4, written and performed by me and produced by Steve Doherty for Giddy Goat Productions. Initially commissioned as a live special, A Small Talk On Small Talk was rewritten in response to the pandemic as a hybrid sketch/stand-up special set inside my own head, combining sketches and characters with stand-up routines. It co-starred Lucy Pearman and was a Guardian Audio Pick of the Week, as well as receiving a rave review from Robin Ince in the Big Issue. The special is available to listen to here on BBC Sounds.
