Joz Norris is a Board Member of the Alternative Comedy Memorial Society, key member of the Weirdos Collective (Chortle Award winners – Comedy Event of the Year 2018) and collaborated with Heroes of Fringe on the 2016 Edinburgh Comedy Award-winning Iraq Out & Loud. His previous solo shows have enjoyed sell out runs at Edinburgh fringe, VAULT Festival and Leicester Comedy Festival and been included in picks of the fringe by the Guardian, Time Out and The Skinny. His 2017 show is available to stream on NextUp Comedy and Amazon Prime, and his 2019 show sold out its entire Fringe run, won the Comedians' Choice Award for Best Show and was nominated for the Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originality.


As an actor, Joz Norris will soon be seen in BBC3's Blindboy Undestroys The World and has appeared in WildSeed’s Shambles, Dave’s The Dave Talks, ITV2’s @elevenish, BBC Three’s Quickies and Channel 4’s Hodge Podge. His web series The Girl Whisperer, which he co-wrote and co-starred alongside Ralf Little, has been nominated for numerous awards and he won Outstanding Supporting Actor at LA WebFest for his role in The Backbenchers. His acclaimed short films include The Baby, a horror-art-comedy selected for 2019’s London Short Film Festival. He has recently shot his first sitcom pilot with Tiger Aspect, a collaboration with Ed Aczel entitled Ed & Joz‘s Heist Movie.
